President of Dale Construction Corporation graduated from Pratt Institute with a Bachelors of Architecture degree in 1978. After working for an architectural firm, and a design/build firm in Boca Raton, Florida he founded Dale Construction Corporation in 1984. Over 25 years Timothy has developed the firm through his acute attention to details, honesty, and ability to communicate effectively with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Interior Designers. Robert W. Burrage

Project Manager, joined the Dale Construction family in 2007 with a highly technical computer background gained from 4 years as a Network Engineer in the United States Marine Corps. and a Bachelors of Science in Construction Management. Robert's dedication and loyalty together with a proven track record of success has him perfectly situated to effectively manage the new/renovation custom home market. Enoch Stevenson

Dale Construction Corporation's Lead Superintendent and has been with the company since inception in 1984. Enoch came to Dale Construction with a strong background in hi-rise and condominium construction but over the years has developed his niche in custom residential projects. He enjoys the daily interface with Subcontractors, Architects, Designers, Engineers and Homeowners where he utilizes his honesty, cooperative attitude, professionalism, knowledge, and adaptability.

George Silva

Superintendent for Dale Construction Corporation for 20 years. George is dedicated to excellence in every phase of his work. Prior to joining Dale Construction Corporation George had 12 years experience in custom home construction in Long Island New York, concentrating on fine furniture and high end cabinetry. George has completed many of Dale Construction's high end coastal construction projects. He greets everyday as a challenge and enjoys finding lasting solutions to complex construction details.

Warren Neal

Warren Neal has been in the construction field in South Florida since 1995 completing many complex renovations as well as the restoration of large historical residences. Warren joined Dale Construction Corporation as a Superintendent in 2007 supervising large custom home renovations including estate maintenance of same upon completion. He thrives on the complexities and the challenges involved with custom renovations and construction.

Jennifer Dale

Office Manager, Jennifer joined Dale Construction in June of 2008 upon graduating from the University of Vermont with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Jennifer gained exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in computer technology while working for 3 years in the oldest law firm in Vermont. Jennifer provides internal administrative support, records management and assists the Dale Construction project management team.
