This Key West styled home in Manalapan suffered significant damage during a recent hurricane. Dale Construction Corporation was initially hired to make repairs and install a new roof which thus lead into a complete rejuvenation of the exterior as well as interior improvements. In transforming this property Dale Construction redesigned several critical interior spaces, and also completely remodeled a Beach House directly on the ocean. All of the work was carefully coordinated and finished to lessen the typical stress experienced in projects where an Owner continues to live and work on site during the construction process. Through the relationship and trust gained during this project Dale Construction was hired to complete two additional renovation projects on Point Manalapan for this Client.
