DCC was brought in at the beginning stages to mediate the water damage, contain and mitigate the spreading of mold and associated mold spores. Working hand in hand with the Owner, Insurance Adjusters, Inspection Agencies, and Contractors for the Insurance Company Dale Construction was able to successfully assist the owner in estimating, documentation, and reporting required for the Insurance Company to provide an accurate scope of work that is required to repair the level of finishes typical of a Palm Beach Estate. DCC was able to bring this project in under budget and on schedule while providing the highest level of quality and project management.
