History of Dale Construction

Timothy P. Dale founded Dale Construction Corporation in 1984 with a clear vision of establishing a premier Florida custom home construction organization. Over the past 27 years Dale Construction's project management approach and exceptional customer focused service has resulted in some of the most unique, one-of-a-kind, luxury homes along the South Florida coastline, including premier locations like Palm Beach Island, Boca Raton, Manalapan and Delray Beach.

With an Architectural degree and background, Timothy Dale has developed a team of construction professionals who have effectively taken high end custom projects from conception through completion, including maintenance thereafter. Dale Construction offers the renovation or new home customer meticulous attention to detail from both a construction and aesthetic perspective. The company has a fundamental mission of creating storm resistant, fully waterproofed building envelopes. Each project presents different challenges and opportunities that require Dale Construction's organized, knowledgeable approach to guarantee the fusion of the appropriate materials and construction methodologies.

The company prides itself on its commitment to effectively communicate continuously with the client and every member of the building team. Dale Construction offers a stable and well-integrated project management group. Many of our Superintendents and employees have been with the company for over 15 years. All Superintendents are fully equipped with laptop computers which provide for instantaneous and accurate communication and allows the company to maintain and provide all involved parties with an electronic daily record of the project management process including detailed tracking of schedule, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.

Moving forward, Dale Construction is going green. Having recently completed Acqua Liana, the largest LEED Silver Certified Green Residence in the world, we are committed to the concepts and objectives of green building. Durability is a key component of a green project; durability being a primary outcome of quality design, materials, and workmanship. Many other custom home builders have shied away from the green movement; but Dale Construction asserts that the trials and tribulations of green building are far outweighed both by the benefits to our environment as well as by the positive impact and pride that results from sustaining our natural resources.
